Role summary:
Sanne
are looking for a versatile and professional financial controller to join the
recently acquired Private Equity Administrators business. We specialise in
boutique fund administration for alternative fund structures. Our geographic
reach covers onshore and offshore pan-European funds.
As
a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for an extensive
array of administration and financial work tasks - everything from daily
bookkeeping to preparing quarterly and yearly reports as well as direct daily
contact with our clients. You will have a varied work day with responsibility
for your work tasks as well as your clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible of one or more Private Equity clients;
- Be the main point of contact for day to day administration of a portfolio of clients and demonstrate effective communication by telephone and through clear and concise e-mails;
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed and checklists completed in a timely manner;
- Respond to client queries in a timely manner and ensure deadlines are monitored and met;
- Maintain accurate statutory databases and registers ensuring at all times records are up-to-date and correct;
- Assist with covering other team member’s portfolios during periods of their absence from the office;
- Assist with the supervision of junior team members work loads and their adherence to policies and procedures;
- Promote a risk management culture within the business by proactively highlighting areas where improvements can be made to reduce operation risk;
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Sweden and Sanne AML requirements and ensure at all times these are being adhered to, with the support of compliance and the senior management;
- Ensure periodic reviews for your portfolio are completed within the necessary timeframe as prescribed by the business;
- Delegate work where appropriate to other team members and other support functions within the business;
- Work with junior team members to ensure their set objectives are monitored to assist with their development.
Requirements
Skills experience required:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and/or fund administration industry;
- A team player with excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of local regulatory environment;
- Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints;
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite.
