Investor Services Associate / Senior Associate

Role summary:
Sanne is looking for a candidate that possesses strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand investments, along with a solid understanding of how to build long-lasting relationships. This position will be responsible for administering investor activity for fund clients, including ensuring timely and accurate processing of investor transactions and effective communication of the transactions to the fund client.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update contact management database in multiple systems, including Investran CRM and SunGard DX
  • Upload and manage investor documents
  • Review and process investor capital activity in accordance with the fund’s offering documents & AML requirements
  • Create and distribute investor transaction reports to the accounting team and fund management
  • Manage incoming communication and assist investors with system access and ad hoc inquires
  • Prepare and distribute capital statements, capital calls, distribution notices, and miscellaneous documents in accordance with investor and fund management instructions
  • Maintain distribution information for various documents in accordance with investor and fund management instructions
  • Ensure contact distribution information is up to date and compliant in accordance with investor and fund management instructions
  • Confirm, update and track investor wire instructions in accordance with investor and/or fund management instructions; execute cash movement in treasury platforms
  • Create and document work-flow processes


Skills / experience:

  • Superior technical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite (specifically strong Excel skills)
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • One (I) or more years of CRM software system experience is preferred
  • One (I) or more years of experience with private equity, hedge fund, and/or financial services industry is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or another related field.
