Role summary:
The Head of Dallas Office is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Client Services teams in their jurisdiction.

The Head of Dallas Office will foster a culture of innovation within their location and across Sanne, which emulates the strategic objectives of the group. They will maximize growth and financial performance and create efficiencies by implementing and embedding the group operational framework.

They will lead by example, recognizing the importance of accountability and will take a disciplined approached to ensuring this view is shared and displayed at all levels throughout the jurisdiction. They will oversee the local management team and have responsibility for the development and leadership of the senior team members.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the local Dallas office, ensuring collaboration with wider stakeholders from the group, such as Regional Heads and Business and Product Development teams, to capitalize on commercial growth opportunities for the location.

Financial Performance

  • Take accountability and responsibility for the top line growth and margin improvement of the Dallas office by achieving the financial;
  • Targets set by the group for the location; ensure all operational activity associated with the working capital cycle is pro-actively managed;
  • Own quarterly evaluation of client engagements - pricing, scope of services in comparison to the SOW and margins; collaborate with Directors to achieve desired staffing and profitability.


  • Enhance client experience through operational excellence, data and technology, ensuring that efficiencies are achieved and maintained by adopting, implementing and embedding the operational frameworks set by the group;
  • Actively evaluate business development pipeline and compare to staffing capacity across pods and divisions; drive alignment among the sales team, the recruiting team and Directors to ensure proper staffing levels and engagement support;
  • Actively participate in succession planning, talent and performance management for local management;
  • Deliver a zero-tolerance approach to non-adherence and completion of tasks and regulatory commitments, such as Console actions, KYC, periodic reviews, investor remediation, timesheets, billing and so on;
  • Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the entity operates in line with local regulations. This includes a fit for purpose Compliance function, corporate governance requirements, AML policies and procedures and outsourcing;
  • Encourage the team to make “everyday count” and take pride in their work, always acting with professionalism and integrity, whilst having excellent client service at the forefront of their mind.


Skills / experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ overall experience in a similar role and at least three years’ experience acting on client entity boards;
  • Ability to effectively engage and influence people;
  • Being commercially minded, you will have a proven track record of developing revenue for new and existing clients and of generating leads and opportunities. Your focus will always include the sales pipeline, and participation in local/global strategic growth plans for key clients;
  • Entrepreneurial outlook, using your expertise, knowledge, and experience to create global opportunities with current and new clients;
  • Excellent networking, communication, organizational and leadership skills;
  • Experience in managing local regulatory matters and communications;
  • Full understanding and experience at senior leadership level in optimizing the jurisdictional capability within a medium to large professional services organization working and influencing across product lines and client services;
  • Motivated and driven with an ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and demanding financial targets;
  • Proven ability to lead an office and manage teams;
  • Strong governance experience chairing operating boards in a regulatory environment.
