Role summary

The Associate Director serves as an integral member of the Corporate Services management team at Sanne. The role holder will assist the Directors with the development, management and growth of the Corporate Services Division, offering a broad range of services to public and large private corporations and institutions. The role holder will have a specific focus on the provision of tailored administration services to a range of corporate clients as well as the provision of professional Trustee services to executive incentive schemes.


Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Directors with the development of the corporate and executive incentive service offering, striving to ensure Sanne’s optimal positioning within the market;
  • Oversees and ensures that all client related fiduciary and administrative duties are undertaken in a timely and effective basis within the team;
  • Ensures team’s compliance with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures and agreed operational and control processes;
  • Builds excellent working relationships with key clients within the Corporate Services Division and continuously works to enhance client experience and ensure that Sanne is viewed as the provider of choice for all outsourcing requirements;
  • Supports the Directors in successfully delivering and driving to meet or exceed the budgeted financial targets for the Corporate Services division;
  • Ensures team meets/hits relevant operational & risk/compliance KPIs and targets;
  • Provides day to day leadership and management guidance which mirrors the organisational vision and values, including cross-divisional collaboration;
  • Motivates and leads a high performing team, focusing on the attraction, recruitment and retention of business professionals that have the appropriate skills and experience for the Corporate Services Division;
  • Ensure the team has personal development plans, clear understanding of their role and responsibilities and formal performance evaluations which are reviewed each year;
  • Any other duties in the scope of the role  that the company requires.

Requirements

Skills / experience required:

  • Professional qualificationpreferred (ICSA/STEP/ACA/ACCA);
  • Highly developed commercial and strategic dexterity;
  • Continually scans the corporate market to create or seize opportunities or respond to threats;
  • Has the credibility and gravitas to interact and develop business relationships both internally and externally;
  • Is focused on delivering against business goals to create value;
  • Good understanding of the technical and operational requirements of offering a broad range of fiduciary and administrative services to corporates;
  • Challenges, harnesses and nurtures the talents of people at all levels.
