Administrator - Real Assets

Role summary

Sanne are looking for a candidate to fill a permanent role as an Administrator, assisting the Team Managers in running the team structures on a day to day basis.


Key responsibilities

  • Working closely with your Senior Administrator, Manager and Lead Director to provide quality and efficient service to the customers of the Real Assets team;
  • Administration of client matters; 
  • Liaison with clients, beneficiaries, client advisors, bankers, brokers and custodians; 
  • Assisting with the collation of due diligence and customer take on procedures;
  • Provision of mentoring support to more junior members of staff;
  • Database administration;
  • Arranging signing of documents;
  • Assistance with the co-ordination of meetings; 
  • Organise, hold and take minutes for meetings;
  • Arranging bank payments;
  • Drafting of invoices and arranging settlement;
  • Reconciliation of payment logs and approvals;
  • Preparation and monitoring of tasks to ensure completion on a timely basis;
  • Liaising with the accounts team to ensure customer deadlines are met;
  • Assisting with the collation of due diligence and customer take on procedures;
  • Assisting with transaction management such as the acquisition/disposal of property and re-financing; 
  • Monitor diary task lists and ensure tasks are cleared on a timely basis; 
  • Provide general team administration assistance as required;
  • Generally act in the best interests of the division by supporting team members.

Requirements

Skills / experience required

  • Studying or looking to start studying towards a professional qualification such as ICSA;
  • A minimum of 2 years trust or funds experience in a professional environment; 
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Knowledge of local regulatory environment.
