Administrator- Operations

Job description

We are seeking an Administrator, reporting to a Manager within the Private Debt & Capital Markets Division of Sanne, to support and assist the client administration teams with meeting regulatory, statutory and tax deadlines, and assist the wider Operations team on Jersey-wide projects.

This varied and stimulating role will require working closely with Client Lead Managers and Directors as well as Group functions such as Compliance and Risk, and provide an opportunity to develop a broad base of knowledge of the trust company business

Key responsibilities

  • Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) including tasks, transaction authorisation forms and overdue accounts
  • Assist the teams within the division to ensure statutory obligations are met, including preparing annual confirmation statements, ad hoc Registry submissions and annual tax returns.
  • Prepare annual GDPR reviews for client entities in line with Jersey data protection requirements
  • Assist with FATCA and CRS reporting for various tax jurisdictions including GIIN registrations and reviews of investor self-certification forms.
  • Assist the division with LEI registrations and renewals.
  • Assist with Jersey Country by Country reporting notifications.
  • Assist with ISAE 3402 requests received by the division.
  • Being involved in the testing of new processes and systems on behalf of the division.
  • Assist with preparation of periodic reviews.
  • Providing ongoing ad hoc support and assistance to the administration teams.
  • Assist with clearing screening hits and preparing forms for PEP escalation process;
  • Assist with the completion of Compliance Monitoring tasks and other Compliance-related projects;
  • Assist with ad hoc CDD onboarding/review projects.
